Welcome to the improved Hotel River. This 3-star hotel situated in a charming 19th-century building on the banks of the river Arno was recently renovated completely. Our hotel is located in the historical district Santa Croce, just 10 minutes walk from the world famous Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi museum and the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. 
All 38 rooms meet the demands of the modern traveller and provide them with all the comfort and security they need.

You can enjoy your breakfast on our plant filled patio during summer. We also have a breakfast room where you can enjoy a daily rich buffet with fresh fruit, cold meats and rolls fresh from the oven.

A lovely hotel in a superb location to see the sights of this beautiful city. We will definitely want to use it again.

everything was nice, but the room itself was very small! also, the floors were plastic, and that gives the room a cheap and bit uncomfortable appearance and feel.
